Contents:

The course aims at managerial tasks involving decision making and control, performance measurement and reporting from different perspectives: farm firm, food industry and agribusiness as well as chain management.

Aims:

- in depth knowledge of accounting techniques;
- development of research skills and application of knowledge under different perspectives/in different problem areas;
- broad knowledge of relevant literature.

Activities:

Lectures, (computer)practicals, self-study, case study.

Examination:

Written exam, including multiple choice questions.
