Contents:
Integration, and application of the theoretical knowledge of consumer sciences, based on a specified area of consumer science.
Aims:
- understanding by application of concepts, theories and models in consumer sciences with special attention to (social) psychological theories and models;
- knowing how to find additional information on any subject in consumer science;
- translation of general theory into scientific research: formulating and testing of hypotheses;
- execution and analysis of simple consumer research.
Activities:
Weekly group assignments building a sound piece of consumer behaviour research in 8 weeks.
Examination:
Results and presentation of group assignment.
