In this module you will learn to use some standard Microsoft Office applications. Screen-capture movies will introduce various topics, often with a short assignment and an answer movie. The choice for this module is restricted to students in need of basic computer skills. This module should not be chosen by students with a Wageningen Bachelor diploma.

Learning outcomes:

After successful completion of this course students are expected to be able to:
- use effectively Microsoft Office Programmes: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, including advanced features supporting academic related tasks.


Since the course is available on the internet you can work anywhere on the university or at home.
During the scheduled hours in period one assistance is available to help you with problems.


The exam will take place in the examination week in a PC-room. The exam takes 75 minutes.

Students can also take a re-exam in February and August without being formally enrolled in the course. In that case sent an email to the course coordinator of this course at least three weeks before the exam.
