RO1: Choose either RO1A, RO1B, RO1C or RO1D in consultation and agreement with your study adviser.
YMC-60300 is an 'umbrella' code that itself cannot be selected. Instead, choose 3 credits worth of modular skills courses from the list as published in the Study Handbook under YMC-60300.
RO2: Choose if your study adviser deems it necessary.
RO3: Choose if your study adviser deems it necessary.
RO4: Choose 1 or more supporting courses if your study adviser deems it necessary.
RO5: For a minor in Environmental Education or Environmental Communication and Innovation, choose RO5, 1 additional course from RO5A if your study adviser deems it necessary, and 1 thesis or internship from RO5B as substitute for the internship of clusters RO6-RO15.
If you have (supervised) work experience on an academic level, you may exchange the internship of clusters RO6-RO15 for a second thesis (minor) with another chair group than the one where the major thesis is done; approval by the study adviser is required.

RO7: Choose 2 courses from RO7B; choose RO7A too if your study adviser deems it necessary.

RO13: Choose 6 credits from RO13B; choose RO13A too if your study adviser deems it necessary.
RO14: Choose 1 course from RO14B; choose RO14A too if your study adviser deems it necessary.
RO15: Choose 2 courses from RO15B; choose RO15A too if your study adviser deems it necessary.
Notes:
1. You may apply for the Climate-KIC certificate issued by the European Institute of Technology. This certificate is awarded if you meet specific admission requirements, complete extra-curricular study activities, including a summer school and a series of seminars, and meet specific requirements regarding your major thesis and internship.
2. There is a selective track Sustainable Development Diplomacy attached to the Environmental Policy cluster (RO13).
3. There is a selective research-oriented track.
