- Didactic Skills ECS-20806;
- Teaching as a Profession ECS-32306;

The case will be externally commisioned, e.g. by a secondary school. As an example one could see the development of a so-called 'lesson plan' or 'practical' to be used in the curriculum.

Learning outcomes:

After completing the case students:
- have gained experience and insight in the field of developing educational products;
- are able to make the subject matter transparent for students and teachers;
- are able to make clear to students what is expected from them;
- are able to actively involve students in the learning process;
- are able to reflect upon their experiences and draw conclusions from these to improve their skills.

Activities:

Students will often work on the case study in small groups (2-4 students), when appropriate test their product, and present this to the contactpersons of the organisation which commissioned it.

Examination:

The students will be individually graded based on the product and the (group)process which lead to this product.
