Contents:
1. classical mechanics: translation and rotation;
2. Newton's law;
3. Some particular forces: gravitational force, Hooke's law normal force, friction.
Learning outcomes:
Upon following this course the student will have basic knowledge of the above-mentioned physical items to be able to apply this knowledge for solving problems in the field of molecular life sciences.
Activities:
Study lecture book and solve exercises.
Examination:
The course will be concluded with a written exam, immediately after the course.
