Common Part

RO1-RO2: Choose either RO1 or RO2
YMC-60300 is an 'umbrella' code. Instead, choose and register for 3 credits worth of modular skills (MOS) courses. For an overview of possible MOS courses please see under YMC-60300 in the study handbook
RO3: Choose 1 or 2 courses if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO4: Choose 1 or more supporting courses if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO5-RO16: Choose 1 RO cluster. If you have (supervised) work experience on an academic level, you may exchange the internship in clusters RO5 - RO14 for a second thesis with another chair group than the one where the major thesis is done; approval by the study adviser is required
RO5: Choose 1 course from RO5A
RO6: Choose 2 courses from RO6B; choose RO6A too if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO7: Choose 1 course from RO7B; choose RO7A too if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO8: Choose 1 course from RO8B; choose RO8A too if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO9: Choose RO9A if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO10: Choose 1 course from RO10A if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO11: Choose 1 course from RO11A
RO12: Choose 1 course from RO12B; choose RO12A too if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO13: Choose 1 course from RO13B; choose RO13A too if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO14: Choose 2 courses from RO14B; choose RO14A too if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO15: Select a thesis and accompanying preparatory courses from RO5 - RO14; choose 1 subject from RO15B in consultation with your study adviser; choose also 1 course from RO15A if your study adviser deems it necessary
RO16: Select a thesis and accompanying preparatory courses from RO5 - RO14; choose 1 subject from RO16B in consultation with your study adviser; choose also 1 course from RO16A if your study adviser deems it necessary
Notes:
1. You can apply for the Climate-KIC certificate issued by the European Institute of Technology. This certificate is awarded if you meet specific admission requirements and complete extracurricular study activities including a summer school and a series of seminars
2. There is a selective track Sustainable Development Diplomacy
3. There is a selective research variant. Ask your study adviser for information
