International Excursion.

Learning outcomes:

After attending the international excursion the student should know the state of the art in research and development in several food technology application areas in the visited country. The student should have learned how food technology is applied in several companies and research and development groups at universities and research institutes in the visited country. The student should be able to identify different approaches in research and development, when comparing it with the approaches used in the Netherlands.
