This course is specifically designed for the students in the specialization European Master in Food Studies within the MSc Food Technology.
The actual content is determined in agreement with the industrial advisory board of the specialization. 

The course includes 2 sub-courses: Sustainable Food and Bio-processing (online) and Food Law. 

Learning outcomes:

After successful completion of this course students are expected to have knowledge of the selected topics.

Activities:

- lectures;
- group work.

Examination:

Written report and final presentation. The mark will be determined by averaging the mark of the first week and the mark of the second week.
