This preparatory course is meant for external students entering the Food MSc programmes which lack some basic practical knowledge or come from a university with a different scientific culture. The course consists of a number of modules, which can be chosen by the students .It also contains compulsory modules, such as a library visit, lectures on plagiarism and how to effectively operate in groups. Other modules are laboratory practicals, instruction videos and clips, mathematical (group) exercises and others.
- know how the library works;
- understand the importance of plagiarism;
- better perform in their MSc programme of choice.
Lectures, clips, group work, practical.
There will be no exam, but students will obtain a pass mark when completing the week.
