This course is specifically designed for the students in the specialization European Master in Food Studies within the MSc Food Technology.
The actual content will be determined annually in agreement with the industrial advisory board of the specialization. For each topic Wageningen University Chair groups will be invited at the beginning of the academic year. Topics may include sustainable production of foods, advanced food law, new technologies, supply chain management or similar.
After successful completion of this course students are expected to have knowledge of the selected topics.

Written report and final presentation. Only a passmark will be given.
