The course Experimental Animal Sciences (Aantekening Proefdierkunde) is meant for students who want to obtain legal permission to perform experiments with vertebrates after MSc graduation. The course is accessible without restrictions for Dutch speaking students of the following Biology-related specialisations: MSc en BSc Biology, and MSc and BSc Animal Sciences (and Biomedical Science and Veterinary Medicine). This course is also accessible for students from other specializations when they have fulfilled the following requirements as recorded by Dutch law: at least 15 ECTS, containing at least 7 ECTS anatomy and 7 ECTS animal physiology. Without the latter, students are not admitted to the course.
