Continuation courses:
Supervision in using the knowledge in a period of practical training and in a thesis
Contents:
- to provide insight into the nature of spiritual knowledge and in the cultural developments which have (and still do) influenced the significance of different visions;
- clarify examples of analyses and research in the combined areas of spirituality and science in different scientific disciplines.
Aims:
To increase knowledge about the basic assumptions and background of spirituality and their interconnectdness, and to supply insights and tools as to how to apply this knowledge in research.
Activities:
- interactive lectures and discussion in study groups;
- research through inner reflection and research in the field;
- literature study;
- written examination.
Examination:
Evaluation of:
- an essay at the start of the course;
- a literature report;
- a written examination.
